Got it.....

Since last we visited Pam ventured down the bronchitis trail and I got the coughing and sneezing. We were not a pleasant couple to be around this past week. Pam is on the better side of things but still has a ways to go to be well. I still need to cough occasionally to clear the pipe but think that I'm past the worst.
Tuesday we went in and a rookie Resident removed the staples. That was an interesting and a tad painful experience. I am still having to change a dressing a couple times a day, hopefully this will soon pass. Coughing and sneezing did not help the incision and I think it slowed down the healing process. This whole process reminds me once again of the Christy Lane song written by Kris Kristofferson One Day At A Time, Sweet Jesus.
The Oncologist wants to start the chemicals again this coming Friday. Please pray that I am healed enough by Good Friday to tolerate the chemo.
