It has been a couple of days since I last posted and that is due mainly to side effects that I didn't expect so soon. Saturday I talked to one of the guys from work and I told him that I thought I would be good to go on Monday. Wrong, oh wide waisted one. Saturday evening and all day Sunday I was fighting fatigue. I have tried to describe the chemically induced fatigue before and it is very hard to put into words. Suffice it to say that it knocks you down hard. I tell people that I'm a 'One Hit Wonder' in that I'm good for about one thing and then I'm done. For instance after I take a shower I'm pretty much done for a while.
Monday added nausea to the fatigue. So Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday it was fatigue and nausea. Wednesday evening added diarrhea. They told me these things were to be expected but I didn't think they would all show up after the first treatment. So the fatigue isn't too bad today and I started taking meds for the nausea which seems to have it under control. But the other, well I'll just say the the Imodium isn't working and once again I'm spending way too much time with the porcelain device. Ahh, but this too shall pass. (Sorry, couldn't resist that one.:o) I have not been to work at all this week.
