Jim was supposed to get his second chemo today but complications arose and he will instead see the surgeon tomorrow. Evidently his port flipped or turned and they could not access it for the blood draw or the chemo load. After multiple stabs and attempts to manually turn the port, (four hours worth) they called the surgeon and made an appointment for 10:30. Dr Berghoff will hopefully be able to get it in place without surgery...if not we're back to the O.R. Jim did this alone today because I am sick (flu). Some days just aren't fun. God is still good....Pam
