I did way more than I should have yesterday. Trimmed, mowed and helped the boys bbq. It felt really good. I'm paying for it today, a little, by being really tired. But one can stand to sit for just so long....
For now the side effects seem to be in check, praise God. Hopefully that will continue for the whole week.
