That is the word to describe this past Friday, Saturday and Sunday. WOW!! Friday my 3 hour clinic appointment turned into a 6 hour appointment when the lab work showed that my white count was way down. Which gave us a new word, neutropenia. Neutropenia means low white cell count. It also means you have to stay away from crowds, small children, fresh fruits and vegetables because of bacteria and germs.
Several times I have tried to describe the chemically induced fatigue. Well I have another issue that is also chemically induced that I won't try to describe and that is diarrhea. They told me it would happen and they have given me two IVs and a shot to stop it and all I can say is, "WOW". That is how I spent Saturday and Sunday.
Wednesday I'll have a CT scan to see what the cancer is looking like right now. Decisions will be made after that on what will be done next.
God is good all the time!!
