A Food Adventure

As I posted before, we are taking a nutritional approach to fighting cancer. For me it is a necessity but since Pam had cancer last year it won't hurt for her to tag along. 'Tag along' probably isn't a fair picture since she does almost all of the shopping and cooking. But we have found some interesting foods like quinoa and rice milk. Some foods we had never heard of and some we had heard of but never tried. I'm actually enjoying eating closer to the root.
There are challenges. The only thing I drink now is water, I haven't quite figured out breakfast and I can't eat our own barbeque sauce. But these are small inconveniences on the road to health.

There are still side-effects left over from Chemo but I am starting to feel like my old self.

On a side note, our bbq sauce is selling in Oregon, Indiana and on the web at http://www.hawgeyesbbq.com/. We have two new sauces that we will be bottling next month. Look for JD's Barbecue Sauce coming to a small store near you.....:O)

God is good all the time!!!
