Today was a God day. There are good days and there are God days. We got to spend Sunday morning with old friends Steve & Deb and Kenny & Nicole. And then ate lunch with Kenny & Nicole with two of their five, Kiley and Joshua. What a pleasure it was to have lunch in a public place with two very well behaved children. Kiley and Joshua, at 7 and 5, were more well behaved than most adults.
Any day that you walk upright is a good day.
The ColoRectal Surgeon did his thing and I will go back in a month or so for him to finish the task. What I have is an interim 'fix' to the abscess problem. But I'm walking upright. :O)
Alzheimer's is a terrible disease. We took Pam's mom some food for her freezer and visited for a while. She did not remember that I have colon cancer. She said that we had never told her. We had. We had had several discussions about cancer but Alzheimer's robbed that part of her memory -- -- -- -- -- again. Pray for Pam and Alice. Alzheimer's is hard on them both.
Any day that you walk with a true vertical perspective is a God day. Our pastor just finished a series on maintaining a vertical perspective. Jesus is alive and well. And He will return --- soon.

Revelation 22:20-21 He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming soon." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all. Amen. ESV
